Russell has been working tirelessly at building the official distillery. Those who have followed the Wild Days story will know it was originally distilled at Poderi Crisci vineyard. In an effort to produce more and maintain quality, Russell has been shifting the brewing process to his 12 acre plot of land in central Waiheke.
Also, there has been a slight hold up with the 700ml bottles of Wild Days due to the order of 10,000 (!!!) bottles that are arriving on ship mid July. Yep, things are definitely shaping up for a big brewing summer.
